Digimax will be closed for the winter break from August 10 to 23.
RMA: Material returns (RMA) will be authorized until 28/07), with final delivery by August 03. After this date, RMA activities will resume on September 14.
RETURNS: From 27/08 to 13/09, returns for incorrectly ordered material will NOT be processed. Please note that if the error was generated internally, the return request will be handled with priority.
SHIPPING, LABORATORY AND ASSEMBLY: Shipments to customers will be managed until 28/07 and will resume regularly from September the 14.
